Application: Raagaa circustat is an universal laboratory apparatus designed for carrying out work and research at constant temperature with a high accuracy of temperature control within the range of 5°C above ambient to 80°C. This is useful for circulation constant temperature fluid through spectrophotometer interface meter etc
The circustat is of double walled construction. The tank is of rectangular in shape and is fabricated out the thick stainless steel. The exterior is made out of aluminium sheet and finished in pleasing shade.
The heating is provided by means of two heating elements one as thermostat heater and the other as Auxiliary heater. The thermostat heater is controlled by a contact thermometer in conjunction with a solid state relay mechanism.
The Auxiliary heater is used for quick heating and it has step less heat the control. This is also made use of as a permanent heater depending upon the temperature set as the wattage is variable the accuracy of the bath is controlled very closely. The top lid accommodates the pumping unit contact thermometer circulating cooling coil and a set of concentric rings to accommodates specimens.
For working below ambient cold water can be circulated through t he built in cooling coil provided. The control box is fixed to a side and it has pilot lamps for Mains. Thermostat and Control switch for Auxiliary Heater.
