Thermostatic Water Bath
Application
These are general purpose thermostatic baths for use in research laboratories educational institutions, industries, quality control laboratories and for carrying out tests on viscosity conductivity etc. The pump built models can be conveniently used for external circulation through refractometers polarimeter etc.
Description
Made out of glass tank/ SS tank/ insulated SS tank of 18 lit cap. they use either FHP motor driven stirrer or pump cum stirrer unit to keep the bath liquid in constant and uniform temperature throughout its volume. The silent running pump unit is designed for external circulation. By using external cooling source and cooling coils these baths can be conveniently used below room temperature. The control unit comprises of thyrister based proportional digital indicator control with PT 100 series. There are two heaters of 500 W each one acts as booster and the other as thermostat heater. Tank volume 18 lit. Dimension 300mm dia x 300mm ht. Temperature range 5°C above ambient to 90°C. Accuracy to temp control better than ± 0.05°C within tank Max power consumption 1500 W mains 230V 50Hz AC.
